Media‑Day — “High‑Impact” - Session: staged media‑day with atmospheric effects (fog/smoke, water, controlled fire effects) and 4‑flash lighting setup - Deliverables: 2-3 edited portraits per player + 1 team photo; full set of selected digital files delivered - Includes: advanced retouching, composite/lighting adjustments, safety‑supervised effects, online gallery - Printing not included - Turnaround: 8–10 business days - Travel: up to 25 miles included; $1 per additional mile. - Add‑ons: scripted/staged motion shots or additional retouching billed hourly ($85/hr) Team Natural Light — “Classic Team” - Session: natural light team and individual portraits (on location) - Deliverables: 2-3 edited photos per player + 1 team photo; digital delivery - Includes: standard retouching, color grading, online gallery - Printing not included - Turnaround: 7 business days - Travel: up to 25 miles included; $1 per additional mile. - Add‑ons: location scouting $50 (if needed); extra images $15/image
