Tier 1 — Essential • Price: $295 • Session length: 30–45 minutes • Lighting options available during session: natural light, on-camera flash, 3 off-camera flash setup (used as needed) • Locations: in-studio OR on-location (indoor or outdoor) within 25 miles (travel fee beyond) • Looks/outfit changes: 1–2 • Images delivered: 8 fully edited high-resolution files (print-ready) + 15 web-sized images for social • Delivery: online gallery (downloadable high-res + web-sized gallery for client sharing), print-ready files in JPEG/TIFF, basic color correction and exposure adjustments included • Turnaround: 5–7 business days Tier 2 — Professional • Price: $625 • Session length: 75–90 minutes • Lighting: natural light, on-camera flash, full 3 off-camera flash kit with modifiers and background control • Locations: in-studio OR on-location (indoor or outdoor), includes up to 40 miles travel • Looks/outfit changes: 3–4 • Images delivered: 25 fully edited high-resolution files (print-ready) + full web gallery of all selects (watermark-free) for online use • Delivery: private online gallery (print-ready files + web-sized downloads), full print-ready crop and color profiles, print-ordering guide (no prints included) • Turnaround: 7–10 business days Tier 3 — Elite Commercial • Price: $1,250 • Session length: 3 hours (half-day) • Lighting: comprehensive lighting plan on shoot day — natural light, on-camera flash for quick fill, and advanced 3 off-camera flash arrangements (multi-light setups, gels, modifiers) • Locations: in-studio OR on-location (indoor or outdoor), includes up to 60 miles travel • Looks/outfit changes: up to 6 • Images delivered: 60 fully edited high-resolution files (print-ready) + full web gallery of all selects; full-resolution TIFFs available on request • Delivery: private online proofing gallery (downloadable high-res + web-sized), print-ready crops and color-managed files for offset or press; delivery package includes usage/release license for most commercial needs (specify restrictions) • Turnaround: 10–14 business days Common terms & deliverables (applies to all tiers) • Print-ready online gallery suitable for submitting files to professional labs; Elite Action Imagery does not supply prints but will provide recommended printers and print settings. • All packages include standard print release for personal/commercial use as agreed in the contract; extended commercial licensing is available for additional fee.
